1.1. We provide professional custom website development services. Payment for services is made in stages:

$100 prepayment — before the start of work (project reservation, consultations, planning);

50% of the total amount — after approximately 50% of the project is completed (prototype, structure, basic design);

remaining 50% — upon final project completion, just before connecting the website to the client’s hosting and domain.

2.1. Refunds are only available at the prepayment stage
The client may cancel the project and request a refund of the $100 prepayment if work has not yet started (no technical specifications, sketches, or design materials provided). Any bank fees are deducted from the refund.

2.2. No refunds are issued after work begins
Payments made after the project has started (50% and 50% final installment) are non-refundable, as services are rendered based on a custom order and cannot be reused or resold.

3.1. We follow the approved technical specifications and client instructions precisely.
If the client believes the final result does not meet subjective expectations (e.g., “I don’t like it”), we are always open to discussion.

3.2. The client may contact us through any of the communication channels listed on our website (phone, email, Telegram), and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the situation — including adjustments, improvements, or recommendations.

full name and contact information;

date and amount of payment;

Requests are reviewed within up to 14 business days.

If approved, refunds are processed within up to 14 business days after confirmation, minus any applicable bank transaction fees.
